Coming Back To Wholeness

Because what you’re seeking for exists within.

Welcome! I’m Renée.

It’s nice to meet you and I’m so glad you’re here.

I know you’re here because you believe what I believe - that change is possible and that we can live a life that’s more peaceful and whole.

Perhaps you’re motivated for something different and ready to take that next step. You already know the patterns of what’s happening inside but now you’re looking for what to do with that knowledge. Yet, despite your awareness, you notice still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or shut down. You’re not alone.

In my work with clients, I integrate nervous system-based approaches that support long-term meaningful change in a way that is unique to you. I specialize in working with clients who’ve experienced trauma in any stage of their life and have found its ongoing impacts in the present day. Trauma isn’t often only about what happens on the outside - it’s often about what gets impacted within us.

My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, people pleasing tendencies, relationship difficulties, life transitions and grief.
